Booths:
Space includes under the pavilion and adjacent parking lot. Early reservations are suggested to ensure a covered space on first entry basis. Each space is approximately 10' x 10'. Exhibitors are responsible for their own display set up (tables, chairs, screens, etc.) AND clean up of their area. spaces will be assigned as reservations are made.
Encoraged: Bakes Sales, Fall vegetables, handmade wreaths, Christmas items, Fall decorating items, and local "seasonal" art.
This is an outdoor event. Every exhibitor will be responsible for covering their items in case of inclement weather. No refunds as a result of inclement weather.

Saturday 6:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. If you wish to set up earlier, by all means go ahead. we feel certain you will be able to find your space, booth assignments will be clearly marked on your space. Spaces will be clearly marked with your name.

Exhibitor Fee:
Your check for $20.00 must accompany your application to reserve your booth. This fee will be used for publicity for the event.
